We're not here to revolutionize education

Just to make it actually work for people with jobs and responsibilities.

Started from frustration

Our founder spent years hiring developers and noticed a pattern. Talented people were getting stuck because they couldn't find quality education that fit their schedules.

Bootcamps required quitting your job. University programs took years. Online courses had zero accountability. There had to be a middle ground.

Workspace

What we believe

Skills over certificates

Employers care about what you can build, not what credential you have. We focus on portfolio-worthy projects that demonstrate real capability.

Respect your time

You're balancing work, maybe family, definitely other commitments. Our schedules and pace reflect that reality instead of pretending you can study 60 hours a week.

Current, not comprehensive

We'd rather teach you what companies are actually using today than give you an encyclopedic but outdated knowledge base.

Small groups only

Twelve students maximum per cohort. Any larger and you're just watching videos with strangers. We cap it so instructors actually know your name and progress.

Learning environment

Our approach to learning

We structure programs around projects that mirror real work scenarios. Not todo apps or calculator exercises, but applications that solve actual problems.

Each program includes code reviews, pair programming sessions, and architectural discussions. The same activities you'll encounter in a professional environment.

By the end, your GitHub shows a progression of increasingly complex work, which is exactly what hiring managers want to see.

Who teaches

All our instructors maintain active careers in software development, cloud engineering, or data work. They teach evening sessions because they enjoy it and want to give back, not because they couldn't find industry work.

This means you're learning from people who shipped code this week, dealt with production issues this month, and understand current hiring requirements because they participate in interviews.

How we stay current

Every quarter, we survey our industry partners about what skills they're actually hiring for. Not what sounds impressive or follows the latest hype cycle, but what they need on their teams right now.

That feedback directly updates our curriculum. When a framework falls out of favor or a new tool becomes standard, we adjust. Students get lifetime access to these updates.

What we're not

We're not a bootcamp promising job guarantees. Career advancement depends on too many factors outside our control, and we won't make promises we can't keep.

We're not a replacement for computer science fundamentals. If you need deep algorithmic knowledge or want to work on compilers, a university program makes more sense.

We're not the cheapest option. Our small cohort sizes and industry-experienced instructors cost more than mass-market online courses.

What we are: a structured, accountable path to job-ready skills for people who are serious about advancing their tech careers but can't put their lives on hold to do it.
